We stand behind Lemonade. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
To request a refund, contact us with your order number or the email address used at checkout. We'll process your refund within 2 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via LemonSqueezy. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider (typically 3–7 business days).
Once a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated and you should uninstall Lemonade from your devices.
Requests outside the 30-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you're experiencing a technical issue, please reach out — we'd rather fix the problem than issue a refund.
