Lemonade ("we", "our", "the app") is a desktop application. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights.

2. Information We Collect

License Activation

When you activate Lemonade, the app sends your license key and a unique instance identifier to the Gumroad API to validate your purchase. This data is stored locally on your machine in the application data directory. We do not store this on our own servers.

Payment Information

All payments are processed by Gumroad. We never see or store your credit card details. Please refer to the Gumroad Privacy Policy for information on how payment data is handled.

Usage Data

Lemonade does not collect any telemetry, analytics, or usage data. The app runs entirely on your machine. No keystrokes, terminal output, file paths, or project information is ever transmitted anywhere.

3. Third-Party Services

The following third-party services may receive limited data as part of operating Lemonade:

Gumroad — payment processing and license key validation. See their privacy policy.
GitHub — software updates are downloaded from GitHub Releases. See their privacy policy.

No other third-party services receive your data.

4. Data Storage

Your license activation data is stored locally on your device at the system application data directory. It is never uploaded to our servers. You can delete this data at any time by removing the Lemonade application data folder.

5. Children's Privacy

Lemonade is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Lemonade after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
